Welcome to MP Getaways. To ensure a premium and secure experience, we require guests to acknowledge our core property guidelines prior to booking:
* ID Verification & Screening: A valid government ID is required to complete your reservation. To ensure a secure environment, guests also agree to a standard background and identity verification check prior to check-in. Corporate and third-party bookings are welcome with the ID of the booking coordinator or primary guest.
* Arrival & Access: Once your ID is successfully received and verified, your unique door code is generated. This secure code, along with your automated check-in instructions, will be issued directly to you on your day of arrival.
* Occupancy & Quiet Hours: Your rate is based on the registered number of guests. To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Unauthorized events or parties will result in immediate cancellation.
* Smoking Policy: All interiors are 100% smoke-free and vape-free. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Indoor violations incur a minimum $500 restoration fee.
* Pet Policy: Pre-approved pets are welcome (max 2). Pets must be crated when left unattended, and guests are responsible for immediate waste removal.
* Property Agreement: Guests agree to hold MPower Group LLC harmless from liability. A brief extended-stay lease agreement will be sent for signature upon confirmation.
Extended Stay Cancellation Policy
* 30+ days before check-in: 100% full refund.
* 14 to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
* Less than 14 days before check-in: Non-refundable.
* Please note: We do not offer refunds for unused nights.
