Welcome to MP Getaways (mpgetaways.com/home). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the MP Getaways website and our short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental housing services.

By accessing this website and booking a property with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MP Getaways if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Reservations: All bookings for short-term vacation rentals, mid-term corporate/crew housing, and long-term rentals are subject to availability and written confirmation from MP Getaways.

Payments: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, along with any applicable cleaning fees or security deposits, must be paid in full prior to check-in, according to the schedule outlined in your specific booking agreement.

Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the length of the lease (short, mid, or long-term). Please refer to your specific booking agreement for the exact cancellation window and refund structure.

2. House Rules & Guest Conduct

To maintain the luxury and unhurried standard of our properties, all guests and tenants must adhere to the following rules:

Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of overnight guests is strictly limited to the number agreed upon in your booking. Unauthorized visitors or exceeding the occupancy limit may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

Use of Property: Properties are to be used for residential purposes only. For mid-term corporate housing and specialized worker crews, commercial activities or subleasing on the property are strictly prohibited unless previously authorized in writing by MP Getaways.

Quiet Hours: Guests must respect local noise ordinances and neighbors. Standard quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance, and an additional pet deposit/fee may apply.

3. Property Damage and Security Deposits

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition it was received, standard wear and tear excepted.

A security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be held to cover any potential damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

If damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guest remains legally liable for the remaining balance, which will be billed directly to the payment method on file.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from MP Getaways. These messages are utilized to ensure a seamless booking and stay experience.

Program Name: MP Getaways Notifications

Message Description: Users who opt-in can expect to receive SMS messages regarding booking confirmations, access codes, check-in/check-out instructions, property maintenance updates, customer support, and occasional marketing or promotional offers.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number that messaged you. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up as you did initially.

Customer Care: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or 1-931-444-7111.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. SMS Data Privacy Policy

We highly value your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or property management software, is permitted solely to provide the services you requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will strictly not be shared with any third parties.

6. Landlord Access (Mid-Term & Long-Term Rentals)

For mid-term and long-term stays, MP Getaways reserves the right to enter the premises for inspections, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Except in the case of an emergency, a minimum of 24 hours' notice will be provided prior to entry, in accordance with Tennessee state law.

7. Limitation of Liability

MP Getaways is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. MP Getaways is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website or your booking shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Tennessee.
