House Policies
To ensure a premier experience for all guests, we strictly enforce the following policies.
Photo ID Required: For security and liability, please submit a driver’s license (or equivalent ID) to [email protected] or text to 1-931-444-7111. Once received, your 5-digit digital door code will be activated on the morning of your reservation.
Check-in/Out: Self check-in via keypad. Standard checkout is 11:00 AM. Late checkout results in a $50 fee per 30 minutes. Early check-in may be available for $10/hr.
No Unauthorized Visitors/Parties: All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized persons accrue a $100 fine per person and are considered trespassing.
Third-Party Bookings: Accrue an additional $500 refundable deposit. ID of the reserver AND at least one staying guest required.
- Maximum 1 well-behaved, housebroken dog per reservation.
- Guest must provide pet bedding/crate. House towels are NOT for pets.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds and must be crated when left alone.
- Guests must clean up waste outside (cleaners will not do this) and vacuum hair inside.
- Unauthorized pets result in a $200 fee per pet. Accidental Damage Insurance does NOT cover pet damage.
Accidental Damage Insurance: Stays include $500 Accidental Damage Insurance. Please report damages immediately.
Security Deposit: Guests pay a 100% refundable $250 security deposit.
Incidental Fees:
- Indoor Smoking (includes vaping/drugs): $500 fee (or $250 for indoor smoking specifically).
- Vomit/Bodily fluid: $250
- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250
- Glitter/Confetti: $200
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR UNUSED NIGHTS. We recommend all guests purchase Traveler's Insurance.
