Key Logistics Summary

  • Photo ID: Required for the primary reserving party and at least one staying guest prior to receiving the access code.
  • No Unauthorized Visitors: For insurance and liability purposes, no parties, events, or unlisted visitors are permitted.
  • No Mail Delivery: To protect our transient lodging status, guests may not receive mail or list the property as a permanent residence.
  • Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 1 pet with prior approval and fee. (Pets must be crated when unattended).
  • Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (if check-in is 14+ days away). 50% refund at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for unused nights.

House Rules & Policies

Please carefully read our House Rules before your stay. All guests who have booked and paid for their stay with MP Getaways are obligated to adhere to the following House Rules. Any violation of these rules could result in additional fees and/or immediate booking cancellation and a right to a refund will be forfeited as per our reservation policy. The host reserves the right to remove any guest from the home at any time and/or apply violation fees to the reservation.

  1. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION is required for security and liability purposes. Please submit a driver’s license (or an equivalent ID). Once the ID is received, the door code will be activated.
  2. NO VISITORS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES OR EVENTS are allowed on our premises. We are happy to accommodate all our guests, however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or events. All guests, including friends or family who will be in the home at any point, are required to be listed as additional guests at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises will accrue a $100 fine per unauthorized guest and the unauthorized person(s) will be considered trespassing. Prior to instant booking, locals are required to contact the host.
  3. NO SMOKING in property includes smoking cigarettes, vaping, or use of illegal drugs. Guests may smoke in designated area outside. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the premises. Violation of smoking rules accrues a $500 fee.
  4. NO DRUNKEN OR DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR on-premises. The host reserves the right to remove guests in violation of this rule and a refund will not be granted.
  5. NO TAMPERING/REMOVING SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS on-premises. All our homes are equipped with exterior security cameras to ensure the safety and cooperation of our guests. Please do not tamper, block, or remove cameras. Guests who violate this rule will be removed immediately; their reservation canceled without refund.
  6. DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS will accrue additional fees for the guest. Please try to leave the home in the condition it was in when you arrived. Excessive dirtiness and/or damages to the home or property will result in additional fees.
  7. LATE CHECKOUT will result in $50 fees for every 30 minutes the guest persists on premises after checkout. The standard checkout time is 11 am.
  8. PET POLICY: We allow a maximum of 1 pet (including service animals) per reservation with prior approval at an additional rate of $100 a stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pets are to be crated anytime they are left home alone. Guests must pick up after their pet.
  9. NO MAIL. Guests may not receive mail to the reservation address.
  10. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS will accrue an additional $500 refundable deposit. IDs of the reserver and at least 1 guest staying are required.
  11. FEES FOR VIOLATIONS. Guests are responsible for fees accrued pertaining to any violation. Damages exceeding the $500 Accidental Damage Insurance will be billed to the guest.
  12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MPower Group, Natasha and Joshua Parker from any claims, damages, or losses.
